You mean with voice/text to speech, or in general using Opera Mail? The former, being the mail protocol, depends on what the recipient wants to use. On Windows (only, at the moment) you can select text and use the Speak command from the context menu. If you really use it, you might want to add a custom button or command to make it a little more convenient than the context menu.
