Hello! operadev and all.
Most widget isn't dealt with by the multi-lingual at present.This topic doesn't have direct relationship with the style guide.
However,I hope for the establishment system of the guideline about making a widget a multi-language.
For example, the rule about a bundling of the langage resources, and method of handling those resources..
What are the contents which it should include in language resources in addition to it? (word, message, images,the URL which is different every country, etc...)
The selection method in the locale.
About being based on the web standard.
etc....
I hope for above-mentioned article.

A great suggestion, though I think that localization warrants a separate article that can be referred to from the style guide.
