Today is an exciting time here at Opera - we're very proud to announce the release of the final version of Opera Mini 4! It's packed with great new features, totally free, and will make your mobile browsing even happier than the last version - read all about it here.

avatarChris,

I read your article JavaScript support in Opera Mini 4 with great interest. I'm a big fan of Opera's browsers in general and have been following Opera Mini and it's Ajax capabilities since version 2 as I'm interesting in writing rich internet apps for the platform. I've blogged about the lack of support for the Javascript setTimeout function. Do you know if there are any plans to support this in future versions?

Thanks
