History search is so slow

New feature - history search - is way too slow. I star typing the adress, after free keystrokes the browser hangs and does not responds for several seconds! I have 100 addresses in history search. OK, searching can be slow, but it should never hang the whole browser! The worst, that should happen, should be not giving the suggestion, but letting the user type the address!
