Has Opera posted any information about developing widgets for Opera mobile?

I would like to know the following:

Is there any significant difference between a Opera mobile widget vs. a desktop widget?

Can I distribute an opera mobile widget from any web site our source, or can it only be distributed through widgets.opera.com?

Can Opera mobile widgets run in full screen?

Do Opera mobile widgets have an extended sandbox compared to a web page? For example, can a opera mobile widget respond to softkey presses?

How do Opera mobile widgets compare to Nokia WRT widgets?
