Opera Mobile - Google Gears
Google Gears sounds like a great tool but ...
Most features arent working well
For starters the client is not resending requests for manifest files - seems to get stuck with a status of 2 for stores (my app has 4 open and one cookie based stores - works well on desktop Firefox)
Anybody else developing any web application with gears - please share your experiences.

Opera supports Google Gears?
As far as I know at least the latest stable release does not.
But I do remember reading how "Opera plans on supporting google gears".

hi...i am trying to build a widget that runs on a PDA and i want to include Gears in the widget,i've got Opera Mobile gears enabled on my PDA and i want my widget to retrieve my position using google gears geolocation api,but it doesnt seem to work...i have enabled plugins in my config.xml file of the widget but still the same problem...when i run my index in another browser(not as a widget,just the index file opened in browser), then google gears works...but when i try to run the widget it doesn't...anyone got an idea why this happens??
