Turbo localisation / use on specific sites

Opera Turbo is great, but I have a problem. Some of the sites that I view (mainly bbc.co.uk) provide different versions of the site for uk and international users. When Turbo is enabled it loads the international version of the site including the adverts that are not in the uk version.

Once Turbo gets a full release, will there be Turbo servers in most countries?

Another addition to Turbo i would like to see would be the ability to have a list of sites to always with Turbo and a list of sites never to load with Turbo

Can you provide a link for the tickets?

It would be a great feature addition, especially the list of sites to use/not use turbo on
