Very very confuse!!!!

I´m doing a opera widget. I have tried the widget in the widget emulator and some element are in differents positions (css problems)in the emulator. I want to run in a mobile phone. My question is: if everything is ok with the emulator, will my widget run ok in the mobile phone??? Where do I try my widget?? in the emulator or only I open the config.xml with Opera Browser???

I need help!!! I´m very confuse.
