Opera 10.0 and bing.com maps
With Opera 9.64 I was able to access Bing maps, despite a warning that the browser might be incompatible. Now I'm using 10.0, and there is no access. My java is up-to-date, J2SE 5.0 on Mac OS 10.5.8. Is there a fix for this? I'd rather not be switching between Opera and Safari, preferring the former.
Thanks,
Leonard

http://www.bing.com/maps/ works fine for me. If the issue reoccurs, feel free to file a bug via
https://bugs.opera.com/wizard/ - we actively work with sites to improve compatibility.

I can't use 3D Bing maps. (Their fault though) Also, shouldn't the override.ini include this site since it does not want to let Opera in unless you click "continue with this browser"?

3D Bing maps don't work indeed (and yes, that's not our fault). We hope they fix this soon

As for including the site in override.ini - we prefer to talk to sites and get them to open up (see
http://my.opera.com/community/openweb/ ) rather than spoof and thus disappear from that site's radar completely. Unfortunately, this takes time - from days to several months...

Understood, so the override.ini is for sites like
this one (my sister found it(I have contacted them)) that you have to mask for to use/get in.
