Tooltip Library

The tooltip library lets you assign a tooltip to any element on your webpage. Some of the parameters that can be set are the content of the tooltip, the position, how long time it should take before the tooltip disappears, whether or not the tooltip shall follow the mouse pointer, and whether or not the tooltip should be animated, in which case the library is dependent on the Opera Animation Library.
